Order Tracking

All orders placed on ogomo.com are shipped via USPS or UPS.

When your order ships, we will send you an email that indicates which carrier will deliver your package, and provide you with a tracking number so you can track it's progress. In some (rare) instances, an order shipped via USPS will not have a tracking number. In these cases, we will tell you that it was shipped via USPS, and give you an estimated date of arrival, or time in transit. These estimates can fluctuate by a day or two, so give it the appropirate amount of time for it to reach the destination. 

You can also find the tracking number for an order, by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Click the "View" button next to any order and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "comments". The carrier and tracking number will be listed here shortly after your order ships.
