What is Ogomo.com?

Ogomo.com is a one-stop shop for all your favorite travel size toiletries. We offer you a wide variety of travel size items, many of which are not typically available at your local grocery or drugstore.

Our products are great for people on the go - keep them in your car, office, purse, or luggage for a quick touch up during the day. 

For more than just travel, our products are perfect for corporate events as giveaways (inquire about custom branding), or weddings and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs.

How long will it take to process my order?

If your order is received before 2PM EST, it will usually be processed and shipped that same day. Any orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Due to Post Office and UPS closings, we will not process or ship any orders on a federal holiday.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders to anywhere in the continental United States, or APO/FPO addresses that are over $25 are eligible for free ground shipping. When you check out be sure to select the free shipping option under shipping options. Many orders using the free shipping option arrive 2-7 business days after they are sent out, although some orders may take longer. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for orders using the free shipping option.

How long will it take for my order to get to my destination?

After it is packaged and processed, most orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS and can take anywhere from one day to seven days to reach most destinations in the United States. Please see the transit time map below for more specific shipping times.

How do you ship low-risk hazardous materials?

Certain items, due to their hazardous nature, can only be shipped by ground, and therefore are not eligible for shipping to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Should you place an order containing one of these items, and choose an expedited shipping method, your order will still be sent by a ground shipping method.

Ground transit times will vary by destination, however the following map may be used as a good estimate to determine transit time.

Will you ship to an APO/FPO address?

Yes! Even better, any order sent to an APO/FPO address over $25 will be eligible for free shipping. All other orders can receive our standard $2.99 flat rate shipping.

While none of our products should be restricted for military personnel, please be sure to check the military mailing restrictions prior to placing your order. In the unlikely event that any item cannot be shipped to the address listed, you will be refunded for whichever items were not able to be shipped. Certain items noted in the "Hazardous Materials" section above are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Can my order be shipped to my hotel?

Absolutely! All that we ask of you is that you follow a couple simple steps, which will help us get your order to the right place at the right time:

  1. Provide your hotel's address (or other travel destination) in the Shipping Address section upon checkout.
  2. Please use the "Add Comments About Your Order" box to provide the following information:
    • Date of arrival at your destination
    • Name of the specific hotel you are staying at (i.e. Courtyard Anaheim at Disneyland Resort, not just Courtyard). This will help us ensure it gets to the correct destination.
    • Name of the individual who will pick up the package. (i.e. "Hold for Mark Jones").
    • Provide any other information that might help us get your package to you on time at the correct destination.
  3. Keep in mind that while we will do our best to ship your order on time, transit times can cause an order to arrive late. If your date of arrival at your destination is less than a week away, the order might not arrive on time without expedited shipping. If given sufficient notice, we will aim to have your order arrive at least one to two days prior to the date of arrival you provide us at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

In addition to APO/FPO addresses, we now ship to other international addresses. Some of our products are restricted by the import regulations of certain countries, and therefore it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their order complies with these laws. The customer also takes responsibility for any taxes, tariffs, or other duties imposed by the destination country.

We do not charge the customer for these fees at checkout, but you may be charged by the shipping carrier when your package arrives. Since we do not collect, or charge these fees, we cannot issue a refund for them in the event that the customer wishes to return their order. Additional import/export fees may apply to return your international order. These fees are also the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing if shipping internationally.

If I have my order shipped to a hotel, how will I be able to bring any leftover liquids back home with me?

Due to the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) 3-1-1 restrictions, you must have a quart sized bag to travel with liquids in your carry-on luggage. You may purchase single quart sized bags by clicking here. This keeps you from having to buy a whole box at home just for one bag.

How do I know what items are allowed to be carried on with me?

If the item is a liquid, gel, or aerosol and is under 3.4 ounces, it is allowed to be placed in your carry-on luggage. Any items that are not liquid, gel, or aerosol are also allowed in your carry-on luggage.

Do you offer any discounts? How will I know about them?

Whenever we offer coupons we will either send them out to our E-mail mailing list, or post them to our Twitter, or Facebook accounts. To get exclusive access to these deals be sure to follow us!

Certain items have bulk or quantity discounts. You will notice a box on the product page with a heading "Quantity Discount". Any order of those products with the quantities listed will receive the discounted price. Typically these prices are 10% or more off the regular retail rate. 

We will list any sale items on our Special Offers page.

A select number of items are also listed at drastically reduced prices on our Limited Quantity page.

I am looking for a product that you don't carry. Where do I submit suggestions?

You can visit our Contact page to send us any product suggestions you might have. The more details you can provide about the product (name, size, weight, description, flavor, scent, etc.) the better the chance we will be able to find it for you.

If I order an out of stock item, will my order be delayed?

While we try to keep all of our products in stock, there could be a case where we run out. We will only ship your order once (i.e. no partial order shipments). If there will be a significant delay in processing your order (more than one full week), we will notify you via E-mail. At that time you may cancel all, or part of your order and a refund will be issued for the amount cancelled. From time to time, we may only have a limited quantity of an item left in stock due to a manufacturer discontinuation, or other supplier issues. If this is the case, we will give you a reasonable amount of time to request that your order be canceled or modified. After that time period, if we don't hear from the customer we will fill as much of the order as possible, and refund the difference between what was originally paid and what we were able to fill.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. However, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please view our Terms & Conditions page for more information.

Can I return all or part of my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted if made within 10 business days of the order's ship date. Please contact customer support prior to sending any returns, as only authorized returns will be accepted. Certain items will not be eligible for return due to health concerns, such as certain medications and oral hygiene products. If you created an account when placing your order, you can view your order's shipping date by clicking "Account" | "View our order history" | "View" next to the order in question. Here, you'll be able to see the order's ship date.
